Job Summary
Lead installation crews for premium patio enclosures and replacement windows while ensuring top-quality workmanship and maintaining GDI budgeting timelines. Diagnose and resolve service issues quickly, adapt to field conditions, and build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors to deliver win-win solutions. Manage projects on schedule, meet branch revenue goals, and achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction on service surveys. Develop winning teams by advancing apprentices to installers and subcontractors to qualified status within three months.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable transportation
- 2+ years of construction field operations experience
- Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods
