Job Summary
Mentor and coach Superintendents to reach their full potential while identifying skills gaps and implementing strategies to enhance team capabilities. Collaborate onsite to ensure project quality, adherence to schedules, and safety compliance, providing hands-on support during critical construction and renovation phases. Oversee project scheduling to meet timelines and milestones, monitor quality control standards, and build productive relationships with subcontractors. Address performance issues effectively and evaluate areas for capability expansion within the field team. Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and techniques to maintain leadership at the forefront of the construction and renovation industry. Requires 5+ years in multifamily construction and leadership roles, with 50% regional travel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily construction
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the construction industry
- Familiarity with renovation projects and managing complex, multi-site operations
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions and make decisions in high-pressure situations
- Ability to travel regionally 50% of the time
- Proficient in ProCore and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
