Job Summary
Coordinate and expedite the delivery of materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to project sites while verifying receipts against purchase orders. Maintain communication between field personnel, project managers, superintendents, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution and track orders to minimize delays. Monitor project progress, communicate potential issues to management, and assist in coordinating personnel travel. Ensure all field activities comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies, including climbing structures and lifting up to 50 pounds. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and equipment usage. Work in a fast-paced construction environment with some office duties, requiring a valid driver's license, TWIC card, and active DISA status.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Valid TWIC card
- Maintain active status in DISA
- Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations, OBR Policies and Procedures, and a commitment to promoting a safe working environment
- Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills and mechanical aptitude
- Computer literate and competent
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Negative 10-panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test
- Valid Driver's License and proof of U.S. Citizenship
- Satisfactory background check
- Must be able to safely climb structures and work at heights
- Lifting of up to 50 pounds repetitively, as well as bending, climbing (stairs and structures), and stooping throughout the entire day
Desired Qualifications
- Industrial plant or construction experience preferred
