Job Summary
Manage submittal and RFI processes for definable work features, evaluate and distribute project design documents, and oversee inventory and QA/QC per the Project Quality Plan. Prepare teams for site mobilization by researching living arrangements and drafting subcontracts with local entities. Coordinate DFW prep meetings, inspections, and punch list final inspections while utilizing the Best Practice Database for SWIs and quality documents. This 100% travel position requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering and a current driver's license. Base pay ranges from $78,800 to $98,500, with higher rates for specific office locations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current driver's license
- Ability to independently apply principles and theories of construction management or engineering
- Ability to interpret technical instructions and documents (e.g., blueprints, design documents)
- Basic knowledge of project management principles (scheduling, estimating)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status, 0-1, TN, CPT, OPT, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience on construction job sites preferred
