Job Summary

Coordinate field reviews with inspectors, manage data collection and analysis, and verify construction documents against actual site conditions. Conduct research to develop recommendations for equipment selection, perform quantity take-offs for engineering estimates, and ensure designs adhere to company standards and QA procedures. Assist in preparing schedules and budgets to monitor progress, negotiate change orders with contractors, and verify contractor invoices before entering them into the client's system. Requires a BS in Civil Engineering with an electrical background, 1+ years of construction experience, and EIT certification preferred. Base compensation ranges from $86,900 to $110,300 annually.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of construction (office) engineer experience
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Experience coordinating with multiple contractors and trades at one time in the field
  • Knowledge of meeting construction schedules and budgets
  • Knowledge of engineering principals and industry standards

Desired Qualifications

  • BS in Civil Engineering or related field
