Job Summary
Senior Construction Executive to lead strategic direction of large-scale commercial mechanical (HVAC/plumbing) projects, mentoring PMs/engineers/field leadership, driving safety, schedule, quality and profitability, overseeing budgets and client relationships, supporting preconstruction and contract negotiations, developing master schedules, promoting safety culture, collaborating on growth, engaging with GCs, subcontractors, architects, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in construction leadership, project management, or engineering
- Strong experience in commercial construction (mechanical, HVAC, or plumbing preferred)
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing project teams
- Deep understanding of construction financials, contracts, and scheduling
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
