Preconstruction Engineer / Estimator for water infrastructure projects responsible for developing accurate cost estimates, detailed quantity takeoffs, supporting budgeting and bid development, collaborating with subcontractors and stakeholders, contributing to value engineering, organizing estimating data and bid materials, and supporting development of project plans and budgets to ensure competitive proposals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or Construction Management
- Experience in water infrastructure construction or related heavy construction environments
- Experience performing takeoffs, estimating, and cost analysis
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
