Prepare detailed residential and commercial reconstruction estimates using Xactimate, perform on-site inspections to document damage, and negotiate estimates with insurance adjusters. Develop project budgets, monitor profitability, and ensure compliance with local building codes and insurance guidelines. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and mitigation teams to transition projects from damage assessment to full reconstruction. Review architectural drawings, manage change orders, and maintain accurate job documentation while communicating with customers. Requires 3+ years of construction estimating experience, Xactimate proficiency, and the ability to read blueprints. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of construction estimating experience
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods
