Job Summary
Conduct onsite inspections to develop construction estimates and scopes of work based on specifications and site conditions. Prepare accurate, timely estimates for local and regional projects by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements through TAM reports and related documents. Compile material take-offs and budgets to keep projects progressing forward while reviewing job processes with potential clients. Maintain professional and technical knowledge of industry changes, products, and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Construction estimating experience
- Xactimate experience
- Construction experience and knowledge of systems and products
- Proficient in MS office, Excel, typing and computer navigation skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively internally and externally
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Superior verbal and written communications skills
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- All candidates need to be authorized to work in the U.S.
