Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for large-scale residential and commercial projects using Xactimate and advanced field technologies like Matterport and moisture mapping. Collaborate with property owners, adjusters, attorneys, and carriers to define scope, support negotiations, and produce supporting documentation including supplements and change orders. Provide client updates, track progress, and manage select projects using a write-and-run model while contributing to business development and expanding client relationships. This hybrid role offers work-from-home flexibility with fieldwork throughout CT and surrounding states, featuring a base salary plus commission, health insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off.
