Job Summary
Enter new customers and projects into QuickBooks, create jobs and estimates, and maintain weekly, monthly, and yearly report maintenance. Gather information from the estimating team, compile weekly reports, and update notes sections. Follow up with vendors via email and phone to secure quotes, research new products and vendors, and create project spreadsheets using existing templates. Update spreadsheets with new information as it becomes available. This full-time role in Canoga Park, CA, supports increased project proposal workload for Promotion Plus Sign Co., Inc., a leader in oil industry gas station brand imaging.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience in similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Administrative and computer (MS Excel) skills a must
- Excel, Word, and Spreadsheet experience
- Self-Motivator
- Strong sense of urgency
- Personable with excellent communication skills
- Demonstrates excellent customer service
