Job Summary
Establish customer relationships and educate clients on the construction process to understand desired upgrades. Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to create accurate sketches and initial scopes of work. Assemble organized estimates by collaborating with external resources like structural engineers and inspectors. Deliver finalized estimates to the Construction Manager while ensuring all client requirements are met. This full-time role at Next Level Contracting DBA Servpro of Puyallup requires XactimateTM software experience and a strong driving record. Candidates must be comfortable with occasional on-call rotations, weekend work, and working in extreme conditions.
Required Qualifications
- XactimateTM estimating software experience
- 1-3 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Advanced math skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team Player
- Must have a good driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check
- Full-time employment availability
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 40 hours per week
- Occasional on-call availability
- Occasional weekend work
- Walking and/or standing throughout the day
- Frequent driving
- Occasionally climbing ladders
- Ability to work in extreme conditions such as heat
- Ability to work in loud noise levels at jobsites
