Construction Estimator / Project Manager

Job Summary
Establish customer relationships, educate clients on construction processes, and collaborate to understand desired project upgrades. Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to create accurate sketches and initial scopes of work, then assemble and deliver comprehensive estimates to the Construction Manager. Work with external resources such as structural engineers and inspectors to finalize project documentation and pricing bids as needed. Manage full-time hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call and weekend requirements. This role supports Servpro's commitment to quality service and personal development within the Puyallup location.
Required Qualifications
- XactimateTM estimating software experience
- 1-3 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Advanced math skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team Player
- Must have a good driving record
- Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check
- Full-time employment availability
- Monday–Friday schedule availability
- 40 hours per week availability
- Occasional on-call availability
- Occasional weekend work availability
- Walking and/or standing throughout the day capability
- Frequent driving capability
- Occasionally climbing ladders capability
- Ability to work in extreme conditions such as heat
- Ability to work in loud noise levels
