Job Summary
Construction Estimator/Project Manager will prepare detailed construction estimates, takeoffs, and scopes of work; analyze drawings, specifications, codes and site conditions; solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids; manage preconstruction coordination, project setup, permits, contracts and purchase orders; lead bid processes, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate field teams and inspections, oversee change orders and closeout; serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders; ensure safety, quality and alignment with company standards; requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, experience in construction estimating and project management, strong knowledge of construction methods and codes, excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction software, and a valid driver’s license.
