Job Summary
Develop conceptual budgets from limited information and lead preconstruction from concept through GMP for commercial projects ranging from $10M to $75M. Evaluate risk, constructability, and value engineering opportunities while working directly with owners, architects, and consultants. Build and maintain strong subcontractor relationships and operate independently with confidence and accountability across ground-up commercial and specialty construction throughout South Florida. This role offers ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to be the trusted advisor behind every project for a design-build firm serving the region.
