Requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, initiative, and familiarity with statistical methods or specialized survey techniques. Degree in construction management or civil engineering (or equivalent experience) preferred. Design-build contractor focusing on commercial, educational, civil, and sustainable construction, offering competitive compensation up to $110,000/year plus benefits. Responsibilities include advising on cost factors and ensuring precision in estimates, with opportunities to engage across client and project teams.
