Job Summary
Evaluate bid specifications and drawings to ensure all necessary documents are gathered for high-end commercial and residential projects. Work with Project Management teams to follow up on bids and budgets for trade buy-outs. Prepare bid packages, maintain status of plan reproduction, and log competitive subcontractor bids in spreadsheets. Develop RFI's, RFP's, and scheduling while thoroughly reviewing bid requirements. Utilize AutoCAD, Planswift, or comparable drafting programs to read and analyze plans in full detail. Maintain positive communication with clients, architects, and subcontractors. Requires 5+ years of construction estimating experience. Full-time role with 401(k) matching, dental, and health insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience for commercial and residential bids
- Must be able to utilize AutoCAD/ Planswift/ or other comparable drafting programs
- Ability to read and analyze plans and specifications in full detail
- Positive, thorough, and proactive communication
- Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe software

- Experience for commercial and residential bids, preferably in High End Construction
- Construction estimating: 5+ years
