Job Summary
Construction Estimator needed to support commercial healthcare and other large-scale builds from the Nashville, TN headquarters. Candidate will perform estimating for commercial construction projects, focusing on pricing projects, ensuring accurate estimates, and negotiating contracts. Requires experience in commercial construction estimating (minimum ~2 years), familiarity with Bluebeam/HeavyBid or similar software, strong analytical and mathematical abilities, and excellent communication and negotiation skills to support cost control and timely bid submissions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or similar estimating software
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
