Job Summary
Review plans and prepare bid information for commercial landscape and irrigation projects. Gather, calculate, and compile take-off data for use in bid proposal estimates while maintaining current supplier and subcontractor pricing information. Utilize standard estimate computer software and On-Screen Take-Off tools to present data to management and prepare routine and detailed cost estimates for ancillary projects under supervision. Maintain accurate information using Microsoft Office Suite and demonstrate role model behaviors on ethics and integrity. This role supports BrightView Landscapes, LLC in managing fast-paced project bids with a focus on sustainability and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in the landscaping industry, with estimating and managing landscape and irrigation projects
- Experience with HCSS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency with On-Screen Take-Off
- Strong work ethic with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Ability to maintain, in your possession at all times, required medications to address any known allergic reactions should they occur
