Job Summary
Conduct construction estimating for commercial, private, educational, municipal, and multi-family projects across Long Island. Submit project lists and bid-win ratios to demonstrate prior general contractor experience. Utilize industry-specific software including OST, Quest, and ProCore to generate accurate estimates. Salary is commensurate with experience, supported by a strong compensation and benefits package. No NYC commute required.
Required Qualifications
- prior GC experience
- computer literate in industry specific software, i.e., OST, Quest, ProCore, etc.
