Conduct construction estimating for renovation, new construction, infrastructure, and rehabilitation/refurbishment projects within our mid-town Manhattan office. Prepare cost analyses and bids using industry-specific software such as ProCore, OST, and BlueBeam. Requires 3-5 years of experience and strong computer literacy. Salary commensurate with experience; recent college graduates welcome. Join a leader in the full-service construction and construction management sector.
Required Qualifications

- STRONG computer literacy
- MUST be proficient in industry-specific softwares, i.e., ProCore, OST, BlueBeam, etc.
