Job Summary
Own and grow the Montgomery County territory by expanding market share through new account development and demonstrating JCB equipment to prospective customers. Build lasting relationships with contractors, municipalities, and landscapers while meeting and exceeding quota objectives set by management. Maintain accurate activity records in the company CRM and represent Earthborne at industry trade shows and sponsored events. This role offers six-figure earning potential with uncapped commission, a company vehicle, and flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling construction equipment or in a similar field
- Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills
