Job Summary
Coordinate equipment movement by managing delivery, pickup, and daily trucking schedules. Support rental transactions from initiation through completion, including documentation and billing coordination. Collaborate with sales, service, and logistics teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution. Maintain accurate records of rental activity for reporting and billing purposes. Follow up on active rentals to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. This role is based in Lakeside or Phoenix, offering a salary of $66,560 to $75,000 annually with up to $10,000 in bonus potential. Valid work authorization is required; sponsorship is not provided.
