Job Summary
Oversee project administration during the construction cycle, including technical, financial, and client satisfaction aspects. Provide guidance to employees, establish procedures, and act as an advisor to resolve technical problems and meet schedules. Conduct roadway construction inspections, quantity calculations, and grade/alignment checks while ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. Identify problems, recommend engineering solutions, and monitor safety, health, and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan requirements. Prepare reports, correspondence, and final As-Built plans, and manage budget responsibilities as needed. Requires a BA/BS with 10 years of experience, leadership background, and driving ability. Based in Oakland, CA.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS + 10 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
- Driving is required for this position- MVR check
- Must be based in Oakland, CA
- Must attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location as a condition of employment
Desired Qualifications
- CalTrans CM/GC Experience as a Resident Engineer
- Large infrastructure experience in Road and Bridge construction
- PE in the state of California
