Job Summary
Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, including planning, designing, and implementing work to ensure completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop plans and schedules, while conducting site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Prepare project budgets and estimates, manage resources including materials and labor, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery. Identify and resolve construction-related issues, provide technical guidance to teams, and maintain accurate records of progress and expenses. Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction engineering or project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
