Job Summary
Seeking a Construction Engineer for power generation projects with a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3+ years of experience. Focus on electrical and mechanical systems in large-scale data center projects. Full-time role with competitive salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Civil, Construction, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in power generation, hydrocarbon, or similar engineering, preferably on large-scale projects
- Understanding of power generation technologies including turbine, diesel, and natural gas generators, as well as renewable energy sources
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards (e.g., ASME, ANSI)
- Strong project management skills (budgets, schedules, resources)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams
- Experience with site supervision and construction management
- Ability to travel as needed and perform site-based physical requirements
Desired Qualifications
- EIT or PE preferred
- Certifications such as CPC, PMP, or PMI-CP are recommended for career development
- Experience with MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling tools
- Data center power/mechanical systems experience is a plus
