Construction Engineer

Support project management and field management on all aspects of project operations, including set-up, planning, controls, procurement, schedule, and close-out. Lead by example in site safety, ensuring implementation of safety plans, inspections, and documentation while managing high-risk activities. Coordinate logistics, self-perform tasks, and Building Performance Solutions services, assisting with QAQC plans and mock-ups. Document and communicate changes, manage Requests for Information, and maintain consistent project file organization in Procore. Facilitate project meetings, prepare delay documentation, and track field work directives with the Superintendent. Organize the punch list process, ensure site cleanliness, and maintain superior relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
