Construction Engineer II EPC

Job Summary
Field and technical engineering role supporting piping and mechanical construction; manages RFIs, prepares Scopes of Work, coordinates with subcontractors, reviews constructability and conducts value engineering; maintains drawings/As-Built and document control, and supports QA/QC, HSE, and project controls to ensure timely project completion. Requires 4+ years in heavy construction, a bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, and preferred PE/EIT certification. Full-time position based in New Johnsonville, Tennessee.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or Mechanical Engineering preferred, or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience
- 4+ years of experience in heavy construction engineering
- Working knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to perform field duties (walking, climbing, PPE, variable environments)
- Overtime flexibility
- Field inspections and turnover package responsibilities
