Job Summary
Assist the project engineer/manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, and construction supervision; support field operations in obtaining, evaluating, and coordinating information to construct the project per contract documents; prioritize tasks to meet safety standards, schedule requirements, and quality goals; participate in document control, project closeout, subcontractor invoicing/CHANGE ORDERS data, RFI/submittal processes, and data entry in CMiC; help assemble Contract Items List and support monthly forecasting; understand scheduling and lead-time requirements, and assist with field safety planning and risk mitigation; demonstrate ability to travel as needed and align with GCON safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Complete OSHA 30-hour training with current certificate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
