Job Summary
Installs posters and bulletins; performs maintenance on the physical structure and surrounding property, and handles Digital Assets as required. Must climb ladders and work from elevated platforms up to 125 feet, lift up to 100 lbs, and learn to operate a torch, welder, and gas-powered equipment. Requires a valid driver’s license, adherence to safety procedures, basic math skills, and the ability to travel as needed. On-site role based in Norfolk, VA.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent degree
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel as required
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights up to 125 feet
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Knowledge or ability to learn use of oxygen/acetylene torch and AC/DC welder
- Ability to operate or learn to operate gas-powered equipment
- Comply with safety procedures
- Good math skills
- Full range of motion for installing signage
