Construction Employee

Installs posters and bulletins; performs maintenance on the physical structure and surrounding property; works on all Digital Assets as required. Operates and, if needed, learns to use an oxygen/acetylene torch and an AC/DC welder; safely operates gas-powered equipment (lawn mowers, chain saws, generators, compressors, paint sprayers, etc.). Must be able to climb ladders up to 125 feet, work from elevated platforms up to 125 feet for up to ~70% of the day, and lift up to 100 lbs. Must hold a valid driver’s license and follow safety procedures. Requires basic math skills, ability to communicate effectively, be adaptable to changing environments, and willingness to travel.
