Job Summary
ISI Professional Services is seeking a full-time Electrical Engineer (CM-EE) with RCDD certification to provide onsite construction management and quality assurance for all electrical systems at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, supporting the EHRM program. The role requires direct collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring design compliance and technical oversight in healthcare and IT environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification required
- Minimum 6 years of experience in both electrical design and construction of telecommunications or data communications infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction documents and communicate effectively
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools
- Experience in healthcare and information technology projects/facilities
- Must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents
- Must have at least three (3) years of U.S. residency
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with VA or DOD medical center projects
- Knowledge of EHRM or data center electrical infrastructure
- Experience with commissioning (Cx), life-safety, or critical power systems
- Familiarity with OpCenter, Procore, or other federal construction management platforms
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must be U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents
- Must be able to successfully obtain and maintain a VA PIV credential
