Construction Draw Specialist

Construction Draw Specialist responsible for managing the full cycle of construction loan draws and renovation/capital improvement billings, including AR collections, draw/billing tracking, and reporting. Oversees draw schedules, project budgets, and cost codes; reviews borrower documents to establish draw terms; maintains communication with Construction Department, Project Managers, Accounts Payable, Treasury, and external funding sources to ensure timely draw/reimbursement processes. Produces WIP schedules, Pencil Draws, inspection logs, and supporting schedules; reconciles job costs to GL; prepares monthly internal management reports; assists with subcontractor invoicing and vendor documentation (W-9s, lien releases, certificates); ensures accuracy in general ledger entries and month-end closings; supports procurement, treasury, and accounts payable tasks related to draw responsibilities; requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, 2+ years construction accounting experience, proficiency with Yardi/Sage 300/Timberscan, GAAP knowledge, and strong analytical skills.
