Job Summary
Receive incoming calls professionally and coordinate schedules with customers, sales, and field personnel daily. Verify schedules with clients and manage delays by communicating effectively with all stakeholders. Distribute supplies to field personnel as needed while working with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service. Maintain strong oral and written communication skills and provide accurate, timely information to management. Will be on-call after normal business hours one week per month. Spanish speaking is highly preferred. Southwest Construction seeks a team player with at least one year of dispatching experience to join our organization.
Required Qualifications

- Problem Sensitivity - ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong
- Basic computer competencies & Microsoft office
