Job Summary
Director-level role overseeing on-site supervision and coordination of luxury residential construction projects. Daily oversight of all aspects of onsite construction for high-end projects in a luxury market; must communicate effectively with owners, architects, designers, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. Requires minimum 3 years of experience on high-end residential projects ($2-5 million+), with commercial construction experience a plus. Position supports relocation with an employer-provided relocation package; work location listed as Boca Raton, FL with multiple locations served. Proficiency with management software on laptop or iPad and strong organizational/time-management skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in high end residential construction as a superintendent with projects $2-5 million and above
- Must have luxury/higher end residential experience
- Ability to communicate effectively with the owner, architect, designer, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willing to relocate or commute with employer-provided relocation package (Required)
