Job Summary
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Construction Managers overseeing multiple active utility-scale solar and battery energy storage projects. Drive accountability for safety, schedule, quality, budget, and overall project performance while conducting regular operational reviews to identify risks and recovery plans. Establish consistent construction processes, reporting, and performance metrics across all regions, and support project controls, forecasting, change management, and financial performance. Ensure best-in-class safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance throughout construction while building and scaling teams to support company growth. Maintain strong relationships with developers, utilities, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Willingness to travel regularly to project sites and regional offices.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience managing utility-scale solar, battery storage, heavy civil, or EPC construction projects
- Proven success leading multiple Construction Managers and overseeing several concurrent projects
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, project controls, and field operations
- Demonstrated ability to build teams, improve operational performance, and solve complex construction challenges
- Willingness to travel regularly to project sites and regional offices
