Construction Data & Research Analyst

Job Summary
Collect construction data, costs, and scheduling information from projects across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. Develop consistent definitions and coding structures for project data while tracking industry factors like inflation and material costs. Interpret analytics to produce forecasted project costs and programs that inform strategic investment decisions. Attend project meetings to lead data collection and processing, then provide insights to Conceptual Construction leaders to ensure schedule attainability and cost accuracy. Travel to European locations and Houston, USA as required.
Required Qualifications
- Project experience in development projects design, procurement and construction process
- Degree qualification in a relevant Engineering or Construction related field
- Strong curiosity and interest in data and data analytics and specifically an interest in construction cost data & schedule information
- Computer literacy
- A working knowledge of programs and tools such as, PowerBI, common data environments (CDE's) and a strong curiosity with the application of AI
- Analytical skills
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- A solid understanding of the preconstruction process
- Strong emotional intelligence including diplomacy and influencing skills
- Highest ethics and a strong work ethic
- Dedication to, and enjoyment of, the position and a thorough understanding of the complexity of the tasks that must be performed
- Be a proactive, strategic and critical thinker, a thought leader
- Willingness to travel to our European locations, as required, and exceptionally to Houston, USA
Desired Qualifications
- A master's qualification in a related discipline
- Possess or working towards a formal industry qualification, such as RICS or similar
- Knowledge of European languages, as well as English
