Job Summary
Construction Crew Member for in-water hand dredging, traveling statewide in Florida.Responsibilities include preparing construction sites, reviewing documents and plans, working in water for setup and dredging, assisting with transport and rigging of heavy equipment, coordinating with surveyors to determine line and grades, performing work per contract drawings, ensuring materials are onsite, communicating with the site Foreman/PM/Superintendent, planning sequences in and out of water, maintaining a clean and safe worksite, assembling and breaking down hoses, barricades, and pumps, complying with safety rules and permit conditions, participating in mobilizations/demobilizations, working independently or as part of a team, evaluating safety issues, adjusting procedures for production schedules, maintaining time and production records, and able to work outdoors in all weather. The role requires willingness to travel, physical work, and a driver’s license; high school diploma or GED preferred; OSHA certifications and marine construction experience are a plus.

- Ability to work independently and with others
- Able to work outdoors in all weather
- Experience in marine construction or heavy equipment a plus
