Job Summary
Lead daily construction operations for a regional crew of 4-6 technicians, directing assignments, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and managing unresolved high-priority issues. Conduct onsite safety evaluations, maintain equipment, and complete paperwork while operating heavy tools like jack hammers. Review job reports with management, provide performance feedback, and mentor team members to meet customer satisfaction and response time objectives. Work outdoors in all weather conditions with up to 50% travel, including after-hours shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- 5 years of direct Construction/Heavy Maintenance experience in the Petroleum Industry
- Able to successfully lead and mentor 4-6 Construction Crew Techs
- Must be a Team player with high standards for appearance and professionalism
- Able to operate up to a 90-pound jack hammer throughout the workday
- Computer skills in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willing to travel, up to 50-60% of the time
- Able to safely operate industry specific tools and equipment
- Obtain / Maintain or possess / maintain certifications
- Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
- Ability to repetitively lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending, stooping, standing 8-10 hours per day
- Work in all weather conditions
- After-hours availability
