Job Summary
Construction Cost Analyst/Estimator to join our team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities include analyzing financial, architectural, and construction documentation; determining building component costs for commercial properties through estimating cost records; preparing cost segregation reports for upper management; managing workflow to meet client and internal deadlines; and collaborating with the Project Coordinator to gather documentation from clients. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 0-3 years of experience (intern/estimator/project coordinator experience considered), proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
