Construction Coordinator (PM26-01)2.

Coordinate and oversee construction projects to ensure work standards, specifications, schedules, and quality expectations are achieved. Monitor contractor performance, implement minor construction modifications for field conditions, and assist with project scheduling, closeout activities, and documentation filing. Track receipt and distribution of construction materials while coordinating activities with internal departments, contractors, utility companies, landowners, surveyors, and government agencies. Provide technical support for substations, transmission lines, microwave communications, and utility infrastructure construction, ensuring compliance with ERCOT, RUS, TXDOT, OSHA, JHA, and EPA requirements. This role requires a Bachelor's in engineering or construction management plus two years of coordination experience, or a high school diploma with six years of utility construction experience. Travel is required 80% or more.
