Job Summary
Build, manage, and communicate schedules while coordinating team members, materials, deliveries, and vendors. Track job progress, documentation, and compliance in operating systems using Microsoft 365, RMS, and other tools. Communicate proactively with stressed homeowners about schedules and next steps, and assist the Production Team by solving problems before they escalate. Make informed decisions daily to keep jobs moving and maintain detailed job notes and timelines. This operational backbone role supports our disaster restoration team at a flagship location, directly impacting customer experience and job success.
