Job Summary
Collect and organize punch lists, inventory, work production plans, and invoices for easy retrieval and billing processing. Perform basic inventory control, field quality and safety inspections, and document conformance to plans and specs. Assist with record retention, train new project admins/clerks, and recommend potential solutions while promoting the company's safety culture. Effectively build relationships with diverse staff and handle detailed information to meet deadlines. Requires full-time work with up to 100% travel, no visa sponsorship, and a base pay range of $27.55 to $37.71.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be currently legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship for employment visa status
- Ability to travel up to 100%
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience on a construction job site preferred
