Job Summary
Construction Coordinator apprenticeship for students coming out of high school, offering on-the-job training, mentorship, and development opportunities. One-year minimum commitment with growth potential. Responsibilities include implementing Crisis Control Plan, assisting with safety inspections and material verification against submittals/contract drawings, maintaining Procore-based QAP program, material tracking, development of final punch lists, understanding project schedules, assisting with RFI and submittal processes, and document control. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 40 hours/week, valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Work environment is primarily office-based with site exposure; opportunity to pursue a career in the construction industry.
