Job Summary

Coordinate warranty-related activities for Hartizen Homes’ residential construction projects. Act as liaison between homeowners, construction teams, and trade partners; manage warranty tickets, maintain notes, schedule inspections with internal teams and subcontractors; generate weekly warranty reports; track open items and escalate delays; assist with utility setup and EPOs; maintain documentation; support project timelines and customer communication; participate in company cultural events. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, experience in residential construction or administrative support, familiarity with construction software, the ability to read construction documents, and strong project management and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in residential construction, warranty coordination, or administrative support preferred
  • Familiarity with construction software and processes a plus
  • Ability to read and analyze construction documents and knowledge of building codes and methods
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple homes under construction simultaneously
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and exercise delegated decision making
