Job Summary
Construction Coordinator to drive the execution of complex construction and engineering projects, oversee construction management from conception through completion, lead bid document preparation and contractor evaluation, manage complex technical inspections and documentation, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Requires strong project management skills, technical proficiency in building systems (MEP, fire protection, structural), ability to develop and maintain client relationships, and effective leadership for team development and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in construction/project management
- Strong background in building inspection and assessment
- Excellent technical and analytical capabilities
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
