Job Summary
Coordinate field supervision of outsourced fiber optic network construction, oversee project timelines and budgets, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and act as the field-facing liaison with contractor teams. Responsibilities include tracking project performance and documentation, conducting site walkouts, managing permitting and pre-construction requirements, communicating updates to leadership, reconciling invoices with completed work, and maintaining accurate closeout packages. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to coordinate with external contractors, and familiarity with construction regulations and QA practices.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in fiber optic network construction supervision.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate independently and coordinate with external contractors to conduct and document site inspections accurately.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local construction regulations.
- Proficiency with project management software, Vitruvi preferred.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and contractor performance monitoring.
