Construction Coordinator

Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on the critical path to ensure timely completion of high-tech manufacturing construction projects. Coordinate required inspections, communicate with the project team, and preside over weekly subcontractor meetings to resolve conflicts and maintain schedule adherence. Walk all project areas daily to monitor activities, ensure contractors comply with safety and quality standards, and issue notices of non-compliance where necessary. Identify and track construction progress deficiencies, manage punch lists, and maintain a clean, organized job site. This role supports FST Technical Services' global semiconductor and microelectronics operations in Rio Rancho, CA.
