Construction Coordinator

Job Summary
Oversee facilities construction and maintenance projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while coordinating with contractors, vendors, engineering, and operations. Read and interpret P&IDs, ISOs, and other technical drawings; maintain accurate project documentation; support bid development, procurement, and turnover to operations; monitor field progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements; leverage project-tracking and safety systems; and provide status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in facilities construction, facility management, engineering, or a related field
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, ISOs, and other technical drawings
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead projects and collaborate across teams
- Working knowledge of oil and gas facility process flow and proficiency with computer systems and project-related software
