Job Summary
Construction Coordinator 2 responsible for the daily supervision and functioning of two or more construction projects and/or two or more crews. Field verification of location and type of work, ensuring quality and quantity, maintaining contract schedule, and handling administrative duties including ordering/tracking supplies, billing, hours, and safety documents. Enforces safety practices and performs other related duties to achieve project goals. Requires 1-3 years construction experience, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to work with minimal supervision; high school diploma required.
Required Qualifications
